Applied to Novartis whilst in my last year of A-Levels and got accepted.
What
or who influenced your choice of career?
I didn't want an office job, and I also wanted to work and learn at the
same time.
What
do you love about your job?
There is always something new each day. And you never know what's round
the corner.
What's
been the highpoint of your career?
Realising that hard work pays off. On one occasion I had to give a presentation
to numerous important people at work; it went extremely well as I had
put the time and effort into it.
What

If you know the basic principles, then the big picture becomes a lot clearer.

Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.

Overalls, hard hat, safety specs mainly. Then in special places on site,
more extensive equipment is required to protect yourself and also the
